What to Include
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include as much of the following as applies to your message:
- Which tool or page you are contacting us about (for example, the Detector or the Blank Character comparison page)
- The platform or app involved, if your question is about character compatibility (for example, Discord, Instagram, or WhatsApp)
- A brief description of what you expected versus what actually happened
- Screenshots, if relevant, especially for compatibility or display issues
What We Can Help With
- Bug reports and technical issues with any tool on this site
- Corrections to platform compatibility data
- Feature suggestions for new tools or improvements to existing ones
- General questions about Unicode, invisible characters, or how a specific tool works
- Business, advertising, or partnership inquiries
What We Cannot Help With
We are not able to provide technical support for third-party platforms such as Discord, Instagram, or PUBG. If a character is not accepted on a specific platform, that platform’s own support channels will have the most accurate and current guidance for that app.
